This featured project was a flood at a large commercial building. The main water pipe coming in to the building had broken and went undiscovered. According to water company estimates, by the time the break was found over 2.9 million gallons of water ran through the building causing severe water and fungal damage to the main level offices. The lower level basement had collected over 438,600 gallons of water which we extracted using a complicated system of gas powered water pumps.
